半程三鐵 - 科學園

一個非正式既半程三項鐵人, 因為游水少左, 單車路程多左. 所以好難以時間作比較.
不過我自己就覺得游水好差...... 竟然係游水...... 唉
可能係因為自己要求高既關係掛, 開頭游得太快?? 但我又唔想再慢落去喎, 所以好矛盾.
anyway, 其實我真係好鍾意運動............
